As the registration deadline for this year’s AK Klima is approaching, I would like to take the opportunity to remind you about the conference. If you are planning to attend, please register by the end of July 2026. The 44th annual meeting of the AK Klima will take place in Kassel for the first time. The Department of Environmental Meteorology at the University of Kassel invites you to the documenta city of Kassel from 22.10.2026 – 24.10.2026.

Scientific topics
The annual meeting is aimed at German and English-speaking participants who are working on current topics in climatology and meteorology. Contributions can be submitted, in the form of presentations or posters – on current or completed projects from the following and other areas:
